Deanne Weatherman
Program Coordinator
Deanne Weatherman worked for North East Independent School District for 12 years, six of which, she was the administrative assistant to the principal. While with NEISD, she enjoyed establishing and nourishing relationships with teachers, students, and parents. She delighted in the customer service aspect of her position and worked with a broad cross section of personalities. Deanne is thrilled to have the opportunity to work closely with those in the San Antonio community through the Masters Leadership Program.
Deanne was born and raised in San Antonio. She obtained her degree from Texas Tech University and comes from a long line of Red Raiders. Deanne met her husband at Texas Tech, and they have two daughters who, of course, graduated from Texas Tech University.
Deanne fills her sense of pride and purpose by giving back to the community. She has provided hot meals to local homeless and underprivileged residents, participated in a therapy dog program, and received the highest honor available for school volunteerism: Texas PTA Life Membership Award.
Deanne is honored to join the Masters Leadership Program. She is passionate about teamwork and truly believes: “if you want to lift yourself up, lift up someone else” - Booker T. Washington.
