“Chuck” H. Rose
He is the past President/CEO of SyncStrat Logistics Solutions. The Director of Operations of Company Owned Sales & Distribution, with Goodman/Amana Manufacturing, a heating and air conditioning manufacturing company. A senior manager of World-Wide Supply Chain Solutions / Distribution for Compaq and Hewlett Packard Computer Corporations during their merger. Served at a Group Logistics Manager with Ryder Systems, responsible for the Ryder Cross-Border Operations along the entire US/Mexican border. Before Ryder, he served in the US Army for over thirty years as both enlisted and officer in the Airborne/Infantry and Special Forces.
Chuck has severed on numerous nonprofit boards. He was on the Executive Boards of the San Antonio Council of International Visitors, San Antonio Red Cross, and the Masters’ Leadership Program Alumni Association. He is a past President of the San Antonio Chapter of the Special Forces Association and the San Antonio Transportation Association; also served on the Board of Directors of the San Antonio Free Trade Alliance; Technical Advisory Committee of the San Antonio/Bexar County Metropolitan Planning Organization; Bexar County/San Antonio United Way and the Counsel of Supply Chain Management Professionals Roundtable. He participated on Governor George Bush’s “Blue Ribbon Panel for Cross-Border Trucking”.
Chuck received a BA in International Affairs, International Law, and Political Science from Florida State University. He has an MA in Industrial Management from Webster University, and MS in Military Strategic Studies and Theory-Strategy from the US Army War College. Chuck is a graduate of the San Antonio Master Leadership Program.
He is married to Author Jai Rose. They have two children, five grand-children and three great-grand-children.
