Cathy Obriotti

Cathy retired as Vice President of External Affairs for Zachry Holdings, Inc. at the end of 2013. She worked with and for three generations of the Zachry family in the areas of government relations, media relations, community investment and philanthropy. Previously Green served as Vice President, Public Affairs at the San Antonio Chamber of Commerce.

Cathy is a member of the UTSA Development Board and Capital Campaign Committee. She continues service as a Trustee of the Zachry Foundation and is a Trustee of the Kym's Kids Fund, an affiliate of the San Antonio Area Foundation. Recently appointed to the statewide Higher Education Strategic Planning Committee by the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board, Green also serves as a member of the San Antonio Public Library Foundation, and Co- Chair of the Authors' venues for the San Antonio Book Festival. Volunteering with United Way continues as a priority.

Cathy's past service includes the board of Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board, Greater Kelly Redevelopment Authority, San Antonio Chamber of Commerce, United Way, KLRN and other organizations important to our community's quality of life. She is a past chair of the San Antonio Area Foundation, College for All Texans Foundation and the Texas Women's Alliance.

Cathy is a native of San Antonio and is a graduate of Texas Tech University.
