Stephanie Chandler is the Chair of the San Antonio Corporate Practice at Jackson Walker L.L.P.. Ms. Chandler's practice consists of representing corporate clients in transactions ranging from general business representation to mergers and acquisitions and stock offerings. She also regularly represents family offices, funds, and high net worth individuals in their investing activities.

She is both a current and Emeritus board member of MLP and currently co-chairs Economic Development Day after co-chairing Technology Day for many years.  Ms. Chandler is a member of the Board of Directors for the San Antonio Medical Foundation, where she co-chairs their grant committee and serves as the Vice Chair of the Board, and the Board of the United Way of Bexar County, and just concluded her term as the President of the Women’s Energy Network.  She also serves on the Board of the Boerne Education Foundation. She is the Past Chair of the Board of Directors of Family Services Association of San Antonio, where she has also chaired their Program Evaluation Committee and co-chaired the agency's largest fundraising event. Ms. Chandler is an active member of the Greater San Antonio Chamber of Commerce where she previously chaired the Energy and Sustainability Committee, served as a member of the Steering Committee for Leadership San Antonio XXIX and has served on the Nominating Committee and is active with the North San Antonio Chamber of Commerce where she previously served on the Board and currently is on the planning committee for the CFO Forum.  She was a longtime member of the Board of Startech, served on the Board of Texas Research and Technology Foundation, and the Steering Committee of the Advisory Council for University of Texas at San Antonio College of Engineering where she co-chaired the Development Committee.

Ms. Chandler was recognized for her leadership with a Women’s Leadership Award from the San Antonio Business Journal (2017) and for her service to the San Antonio community with the North San Antonio Chamber's Young Professional Award. She has also been recognized by The Best Lawyers in America in the area of Business Organizations, by Chambers as a Band One M&A Lawyer in San Antonio and a ranked statewide in Corporate – Technology, Who’s Who in Energy by the San Antonio Business Journal, and by the Scene in SA as a "Rising Star" (2005) and "Best Lawyers" (2009 and 2012-2021) in the San Antonio Legal Community.  Earlier in her career, Ms. Chandler is a repeat selection to the Texas Rising Star list (2005 - 2014), featured in the Texas Monthly magazine and was named the Outstanding Lawyer in the Rising Star category by the San Antonio Business Journal (2011). Ms. Chandler was selected by the San Antonio Business Journal as one of "40 Rising Stars Under 40" recognizing her accomplishments in business, community, and career and was recognized by the Scene in SA as one of 13 young professionals under 30 in the San Antonio Community (2004).

Ms. Chandler received her B.S.B.A. in Finance, with highest distinction, from the University of Nebraska - Lincoln where she was selected a member of the university's homecoming court based on her extensive community service as a student at Nebraska. She received her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, where she served as Program Director for Action for a Better Living Environment (ABLE), which provides mentoring programs and tutoring to disadvantaged youth. She remains active with the fundraising efforts on behalf of the law school's Foundation. Stephanie and her husband, Chip, have two boys Wyatt (15 years) and Brady (13 years) and spends most of her free time at the baseball or football field.
